High School Strength & Conditioning Program
MZR Fitness offers an Elite Level Strength & Conditioning program for High School athletes at our cutting edge training facility in San Luis Obispo. MZR Fitness works with High student athletes from all over the Central Coast to help them to do their best and be their best on the field and/or the courts.

High School Strength & Conditioning Program:
Tuesdays & Thursdays (5:30pm - 6:20pm) (Co-Ed; Ages 13 - 17)
