"Two years after giving birth to my son, I finally feel like I'm getting my old body back and thanks to Mike I can see my abs again! For the past few years, I've sporadically worked out but my workouts were nowhere near the level of Mike's workouts. He constantly challenges & pushes me and he knows more than I do about what I'm able to accomplish in my workouts. As my 50th birthday came and went, I complained to my husband that I just felt older than I thought I should. It was at that point that I decided to make a change for good – I had gotten myself into this situation and I needed to do something about it. I had never worked with a trainer before and thought it might be a good way to kickstart my plan to feel better.  As I started researching and looking for trainers in San Luis Obispo, I came across MZR Fitness.
