MZR Zip In, Zip Out (30 Minutes - Offered Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:15pm)
Short on time but still want to get your heart rate up, crush some calories, get an amazing workout in, and have a lot of fun while you’re doing it? Then join us Monday – Friday from 12:15pm – 12:45pm in one of our MZR Zip In, Zip Out Fitness Classes that is a total body fitness experience that you can receive in a total of only 30 minutes per workout!

If you think that 30 minutes is not enough time to get a full body workout in, then you must have not tried our Zip In, Zip Out class that is carefully designed to help you maximize your calorie burn and provide you with a fitness structure to help you feel like you have worked out for 60 minutes or MORE. No matter how you feel when you walk in, you will always feel a lot better walking out, GUARANTEED!

Sweat Equity (50 Minutes - Offered Every Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am, 9am, and 5:30pm)
Looking for some fun ways to incorporate more cardio into your weekly exercise program? If so, come and enjoy 50 minutes of go, go, go - non-stop cardio that will take your heartrate and total calories burned to a whole different level in every workout. This exercise program will include a mixture of everything under the cardio umbrella such as interval training, light equipment, partner drills, fun cardio games, and more. This program is designed for all fitness levels and is GUARANTEED to get your heartrate up higher than your S.A.T. score as you will burn more calories in 50 minutes than most people burn in their entire day!

Community Boot Camp Workout (50 Minutes - Offered 1st Saturday Every Month at 8am)
Come be apart of the fun and start your weekend off right with our legendary, fun, effective, and calorie crushing Saturday morning Boot Camp workout here at MZR Fitness that is FREE TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. Our Boot Camp Program will wake you up much faster than a cup of coffee and will help you keep up your momentum throughout the weekend. Join this coming Saturday and your body will thank you later!
