"Mike Robinson has taught me so many things in our early morning workouts!

Mike has made me commit to something that I have never done in my life—eating breakfast! I now cannot even function without my bowl of oatmeal in the morning. Since consistently eating breakfast I have found that I am more energetic not just in the morning but also all day long. I feel that it sets me up for eating healthier throughout the day, too.

Mike has shown me that I can continue to workout in spite of any injuries. In the past, when I’ve experienced knee or back pain I would just stop working out all together. I have learned from Mike how to work around my injuries as well as how to prevent them from recurring.
