All of our group programs are overseen by National Fitness Expert, Mike Z. Robinson. Each of our unbelievably phenomenal group training programs have been widely recognized as being the most motivating, results driven, and fun exercises offered on the Central Coast. Each group is led by MZR Fitness’ Phenomenal Training Staff ensuring that you not only get the best workout possible but that you obtain outstanding fitness results safely and in the quickest amount of time possible.
From our San Luis Obispo based “N.B.A (No Boys Allowed) Fitness Boot Camp” compiled of ONLY Women who want to take their fitness to the next level and are looking for that extra edge in their exercise routine to get lean, shed fat, and gain strength; to our “MZR Fit Boot Camp” full of men & women collectively crushing thousands of calories; to “Mommy Boot Camp” offered for those Mommies who are looking to take some "me" time by exercising consistently and increasing their energy for their families, MZR Fitness has SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!

N.B.A. (No Boys Allowed) Fitness Boot Camp for Women - N.B.A Boot Camp for Women will target all of those areas that women have a difficult time seeing results. Each dynamic class is the ideal combination of aerobic exercise, sports drills and resistance training. Although N.B.A Fitness Boot Camp is a demanding program, the feeling of accomplishment that you experience after each class is priceless!
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00am – 6:50am OR Tuesday & Thursday 7:00am - 7:50am
MZR Fit Boot Camp (Co-Ed) - MZR Fit Boot Camp is an amazing workout that encompasses every aspect of fitness into one exercise routine! This full body workout is designed to receive maximum results in the shortest amount of time AND is conveniently scheduled to help refresh your body for the evening after a full day at work. You will absolutely LOVE this workout program!!
- Monday & Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:20pm
Mommy Boot Camp - Take action today to live the lifestyle and possess the body that you deserve. Mommy Boot Camp provides every possible element to help you achieve fitness success like never before: effective small group workouts, coaching, motivation, built in accountability, and support from teammates! Mommy Boot Camp is conveniently scheduled right after you drop your little one's off to school in the morning and is designed to help you feel younger & more energized than ever. Mommy Boot Camp will serve as your turn-key solution to a NEW YOU!
