If so, then N.B.A Fitness Boot Camp for Women is just for YOU! Our program is carefully designed to achieve results on the female body by combining calisthenics, plyometrics, and conditioning. N.B.A Boot Camp for Women will target all of those areas that women have a difficult time seeing results. Come join us in this non competitive atmosphere that is meant for women of all levels to excel.
All of our San Luis Obispo Based Boot Camp programs are overseen by National Fitness Expert, Mike Z. Robinson. Each dynamic class is the ideal combination of aerobic exercise, sports drills and resistance training. Although N.B.A Fitness Boot Camp is a demanding program, the feeling of accomplishment that you experience after each class is priceless!
